Kendall and Kylie Jenner Have Been Sued over T-Shirt Copy

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are being sued by Island Company Clothing Brand after they copied it's trademark logo for pacsun range.


Island Company's slogan which has been in use since 2005, "quit your job,buy a ticket, get a tan, fall in love, never return.
The copy on the shirt from Jenner's line that is in question reads " Run away. Fall in love. Never return".

Island Company says that the Jenner's shirt-prepare for legal jargon- is likely to cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade among consumers.
