A family source confirmed that the songstress suffered a broken arm and shoulder in the unfortunate accident, though she is now being treated and recuperating at Triumph Hospital, Ikeja.

"Yes she is in the hospital, she had an accident on sunday. But contrary to what I have been reading online, she is not having a surgery. By the grace of God she should be out of the hospital this weekend".
" it's not a minor accident, she took a nasty fall while trying to come out of the car, somehow, the driver moved the car. She suffered a bruised face, arm and shoulder. She was on her way to city people's award in Ikeja when she slipped. We just got a phone call that she was being rushed to the hospital."
