Yvonne Nelson Named As One Of The 250 Influential Women In The World
Yvonne Nelson has just been named as one of the 250 most influential women in the world according to a new survey.
The actress has actually enjoyed quite a successful year so far after having been interviewed by leading news station, CNN in August and also made the list of the top 50 trailblazers in Africa, along with the likes of Aliko Dangote and Didier Drogba.
This same year, 2015 she also became the first Ghanaian celebrity to be verified on social networking site, Instagram with a gross followership base of 892k fans.
And now the budding producer has accomplished another big feat as she has been listed among the most influential people in the world, Yvonne also gained more popularity amongst her people after leading the campaign Dumsor Must Stop.
Also on the list compiled by Richtopia are American Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, who comes in at no. 1, Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama and Tv producer, Shonda Rhimes. A few Nigerians made the list such as well such as Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Hon Abike Dabiri and Oby Ezekweseli.
Other Ghanaians on the list include actresses, Yvonne Okoro and Joseyln Dumas.
