Ministerial Nominee Heineken Lokpobiri Screened

Ministerial Nominee Heineken Lokpobiri was asked by the Senate President Bukola Saraki to educate the senate on Educational Rights vis a vis the Niger delta.

Lokpobiri said, " I wrote on Environmental Rights as a scholar because our rights do not make provision for environmental rights".

He also spoke on Environmental Issues and is Subsequently asked to take his leave.
