Adele's comeback single 'Hello' breaks record

This week, Adele's single 'Hello' debuted at number one with little competition from anybody, including an extremely catchy new tune from pop star Justin Bieber. In doing so, the song didnt just break a record, it obliterated one made several years ago.
The song sold 1.11 million downloads in its first week, which represents the largest single digital sales week of all time. In fact, the song almost doubled the former title holder, Flo Rida's 'Right Round', which shifted 636,000 copies in its first week back in 2009....here are the top ten sales week debuts for singles;

4. Katy Perry-'Roar'-557,000(2014)

7. Maroon 5-'Payphone (ft. Wiz Khalifa)' - 493,000 (2012)
8. The Black Eyed Peas-'Boom Boom Pow'-465,000 (2009)
9. Lady Gaga-'Born This Way'-448,000 (2011)
10. Ariana Grande-'Problem ft. Iggy Azalea-438,000 (2014)
